It is one of the major things that stops alot of us from doing things, stepping outside the comfort zone and trying different things. Or things that you could never think you could do. The key, surround yourself with positive and supportive people. Ones that believe in you, and more importantly get you to believe in yourself, if you have those doubt clouds circling around. That you can achieve the impossible. :)
